In some ways web platforms create reality hyperreality artificially constructed reality which then materializes into tangible reality according to a well known scheme which is that of self fulfilling prophecies . Hence a whole series of techniques from the Overton window to hyperstition which are well suited to the world of the internet platforms and computer giants.

General Discussion / The Return Of The Villans
« Last post by Nick Howells on September 21, 2022, 05:55:48 pm »
Hi ALL

In 2017,  4 of us Aston Villa fans visited Stenhousemuir and took in the game against Edinburgh 3-0 win, (and for some reason finished up in Falkirk after the game)
we met the then manager Bomber, and was asked to pick the man of the match, which we gave too Harry Paton, we was going to make it a bi annual visit but with Covid and one thing or another, it never materialised.

but we are coming back in 2023 for the away fixture against Bonnyrigg on February 25th

there will be 6 of us this time, so hope we can catch up with some stenny fans and have a drink with you pre & post game

all the beat

General Discussion / Fan Survey On The Impact Of COVID 19 On Scottish Football
« Last post by Robc on February 07, 2021, 10:49:29 am »
Hi I am new to the site and looking for some help. As part of my final year at university I am investigating what the financial implications are of COVID on Scottish football and need your help to get a fans perspective. This attached survey should take no more than 5 minutes and it would be great if you could spare the time to answer some questions. All entries are anonymous and the data will only be accessed by myself.

Hi folks, seems very quiet on here at the moment. I don't usually do forums but I decided to join and add my tuppence worth. I hope everyone is keeping safe and that it's not too long before the lockdown is over, covid 19 is defeated and we are all back to watching the Warriors again. In the meantime, how are we all passing the time?
